I am completely done applying for college!!!
I don’t think I have ever gone through such an important process in my life. I wanted to make sure that everything that I submitted was perfect, so I did draft after draft of not only my main essay, but of every single supplemental essay as well. Needless to say, this constant process of writing and re-writing has made me more than slightly sleep deprived, especially within the last few weeks. This morning I woke up in a ridiculously good mood because I realized that I didn’t have to work on college apps today or ever again. I’m dead serious, it was the very first thing that popped into my mind when I opened my eyes this morning. I think that it goes without saying that I’m extremely happy right about now. And even better, today my family is putting up our Christmas tree!
I couldn’t imagine a better way to start off December ’12 🙂
