Leap of Faith

May 5, 2013

I honestly can’t believe that I’m entering into the last days of my high school career. My classmates and I have less than ten full days of school left! As cliche as I’m sure it sounds, this year has flown by in an blur. This blur has been full of good times, bad times, stressful times, rewarding times, smiles, laughter, and precious time spent with friends and family. Needless to say, my senior year has been filled with memories and friendships that I will treasure for the rest of my life.
At this point, college is just around the corner and with national decision day last week (May 1st) it’s becoming more of a reality with each passing day. That being said, you may ask, am I excited for college?…
…
Is that even a question? YES! I am so excited and I can’t wait!!!
Naturally, I have my worries and doubts about what the future has to hold, but those are fully overshadowed by excitement and readiness for all of the new experiences and opportunities that are on the horizon.

I recently found this quote on Pinterest and it reminded me a bit of what I’ve been going through recently in preparing to transition from high school to college. Not everything ahead of me is certain, but if I know that if I have faith that everything will turn out as it should, then it will.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
