St. Patrick's Day is quickly approaching and in Chicago we take this holiday very seriously. There are so many Irish people (including myself) who live in the Chicagoland area, so we go ALL out! We have a big parade, dye the Chicago River bright green, have parties with friends, drink green beer and Green River soda on bar crawls, eat cornbeef and cabbage (at least my family does), and more.
