It doesn’t feel like fall in Chicago just yet, but autumn is almost here! In preparation for the cooler temperatures and colorful leaves to come, I teamed up with BB Dakota to put together a fall lookbook featuring some pieces from their site!

I LOVE this dress so much! I’m a firm believer that florals aren’t just for spring, so this dark floral print dress was a quick favorite. The tassel detailing at the back finishes off the slight boho vibe and I’m here for it! I paired this carefree dress with a structured white moto jacket and some pointed black booties to balance out the breezy feel and add some city chic to the look!

This cropped sweater is truly a statement piece! The fringe sleeves and cable knit complement each other nicely without overpowering one or the other. I thought that the perfect balancing piece to this white knit was a pair of black (faux) leather leggings. I love the final look! It was perfect for brunching at a trendy spot in Chicago. I have to admit, the one thing I have in slight excess in my closet is white/cream sweaters… But this one is so different, so I had to add it to my collection! I’ve already worn this a few times since receiving it and it’s a great transition piece between seasons.

Fall is a great time for suede! This jacket is the perfect piece for going from day to night. I could easily wear this to work during the day (with a different top). However, it also works as a going out jacket on a slightly chilly evening! This jacket comes in a bunch of different colors, but I love this warm stone color. It’s not too dark or season-specific, so I can easily wear this again in the springtime as well!

Now, I’m not typically a leopard print gal, but it’s seriously growing on me! I’ve always thought leopard was too wild for my taste, but I’m starting to learn that it can be easily incorporated into lot of looks. (Without looking like someone from Jersey Shore!) Side note: this skirt is crazy soft to the touch. Love the feel of it! I paired this skirt with a classic black bag and long sleeve bodysuit to balance out the statement the print makes. Definitely a fan of the final look and will be wearing this outfit to dinner some time soon!

Last, but certainly not least! I mentioned in my NSale post that I’ve been on the market for a teddy jacket for a while now… Thanks to BB Dakota I finally found one that fits what I wanted! I like the collar and the fact that the jacket zips all the way closed. The full-zip was a major must for me with this style jacket! I know that I’ll be wearing this like crazy as the chillier weather rolls around. It would also be super cute with a denim skirt and sheer black tights!
