I already had a cheap, taupe one from Forever 21 which I’ve had for years. (I got it for like $7 on sale, but this one is super similar!) However, I recently added a black one and a white one to my closet. So, my moto jacket options have tripled over the last few months!
I’ve found myself reaching for these jackets to throw over lightweight dresses and with skirts when I’ve been styling early-fall looks, going out with friends, and more. As the temperatures in Chicago continue to drop, I’ll start pairing them with jeans, leggings, and sweaters!
To be honest, I never really considered myself a moto jacket kind of gal. But, I’ve found that by mixing their structured and slightly edgy vibe with a flowy blouse or floral dress, they fit quite well into my wardrobe!
I got this black Topshop moto jacket during this year’s Anniversary Sale and the wonderful team at BB Dakota sent over this white one a few weeks back. I’ve already worn it multiple times, which is saying something given it hasn’t really been jacket weather in Chicago just yet! I know that I’ll be grabbing my black one a lot over the next few months too.
