Summertime Chi

Yesterday it was unseasonably chilly in the Chicagoland area. July is typically the hottest summer month for us, but the temperatures yesterday all ranged in the sixties. I love those temperatures in the early fall, but for summer it’s a little weird. One upside to the lower temperatures was that I got to wear my new favorite jacket from J.Crew! I’ve been eyeing the downtown field jacket since Spring 2013 and this year I finally purchased one for the Fall. I love the gold hardware and it coordinates perfectly with my Chi Omega necklace from The Lettered Company. On a final weather-related note: I have my fingers crossed that the temperatures go up quite a bit in the next few days. I’m already missing the beach…
