Happy Friday! It’s been a busy few weeks, so I thought I’d to a Friday Five post to bring you up to speed as to what I’ve been up to recently as well as what’s coming up!
1. Swissôtel Chicago Staycation
I was hosted by Swissôtel last weekend for a Chicago staycation and had the BEST time! They took such wonderful care of us and treated my boyfriend and I to dinner at their in-hotel restaurant, The Palm. I’d highly recommend checking them out if you’re visiting Chicago or if you’re local and looking to have a fun staycation!
2. Luke Bryan, Sam Hunt, John Pardi and more!
Tomorrow I’m off to see Luke Bryan at Wrigley Field with one of my bests, Margot, and I could not be more excited! We’re praying that it doesn’t rain since we’re sitting on the field, so fingers crossed! This is my first concert in a year, and I’m not typically a huge concert-goer, but I am SO excited to see some of my favorite country artists live at one of my favorite venues! 3. Victoria’s Secret Event at LondonHouse
I had the pleasure of attending an event with Victoria’s Secret, Martha Hunt and Olivia Rink last week at LondonHouse to celebrate the launch of the new Body by Victoria Collection! It was probably one of my favorite events that I’ve attended in the past few months and it was my first time at LondonHouse! They had a great DJ, an incredible view and some pretty sweet goodie bags – including some of the pieces linked below!
4. Abercrombie is Making a Comeback
I initially checked out Abercrombie and Fitch for the first time in years (I hadn’t even considered shopping there since high school.) back in December after one of my favorite bloggers, Jess Keyes, raved about their skinny jeans. I ended up buying two pairs and I was hooked! A&F has been coming out with some SUPER cute stuff recently and I popped by their store in Water Tower Place tonight to check out what Labor Day sales they had going. I left with a pair of black jeans, a lacy black tank and a dress in a gorgeous dolphin grey color – all for under $85! They’re doing 40% off of the whole store right now as well as 50% off of their jeans, so definitely check them out! The tank that I got is my favorite thing that I purchased!
