On Saturday morning, I attended Nordstrom’s Beauty Trend Show on Michigan Avenue. It was so much fun! My “aunt” Mary and friend Lexi attended with me as well. Being front row was an awesome experience and it was so cool to hear from and meet representatives and head makeup artist educators from big name companies such as MAC, Jo Malone, Lancome, Laura Mercier, Clarins, Clarisonic, Estée Lauder, Giorgio Armani, Bobbi Brown, and Dior. After each runway section of the show, presenters from the various brands shared makeup trends for the season as well as some of their most recently released products. I had an amazing time and I’m so glad I was able to share the experience with people who enjoyed it as much as I did!

It was SO crowded downstairs after the show!
After the runway show, Lexi and I hung out with some of the Nars makeup artists and they helped us try out some of the featured products from the show. (above) Lexi is wearing a velvet matte lip pencil in Train Bleu and lipstick in Fanny. I’m wearing lipstick in Barbra and eyeliners in the colors Soloman Islands and Santa Monica Boulevard.
