Yesterday my best friend, Marina, and I did the ALS Awareness Ice Bucket Challenge! We’ve seen so many Ice Bucket Challenge videos on Facebook and YouTube recently and we wanted to make sure that our video was not only spreading awareness, but also informing people about ALS (also commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease). This cause is near to our hearts because we personally know someone diagnosed with ALS and this is just one of the many ways we can show our utmost support for him.
