Friday Five

I’ve been loving Hunter Hayes’s new song “I Want Crazy.”

This week has been so unusual! Monday there was no school, Tuesday was normal, then Wednesday was a late start as well as decade day. Seniors were assigned the 80s’! There were so many jean jackets, leggings with shorts, scrunchies, and side pony tails. On Thursday I went on a field trip downtown with my History of Chicago class and the picture above is from when we were on a Wendella architectural boat tour. To end off our crazy week, we have a late start this morning as well as a dress-down day! It’s weeks like these that make me really love the end of the year.

I’ve been loving all the emails, tweets, comments, and messages with requests and ideas that I’ve been receiving in the last week or so! I’m really enjoying getting feedback from y’all about what you want to see next. Keep sending me your requests for future posts!

My first piece of dorm bedding came in this week! It’s in one of my favorite Lilly patterns so I love it, and my roommate likes it too! We’ve just started to plan our room for next year and it would be a huge understatement to say that I’m just slightly excited.

My senior prom is this weekend! I can’t believe this year has gone by so fast.
