This month's wallpaper is a great motivator for whenever you're feeling like giving up or giving in! "Success is not easy and is certainly not for the lazy" I absolutely love this quote and I went with this sea-toned color scheme (with an emphasis on green) for Spring and for St. Patrick's day! It was about time for a new wallpaper, so I hope y'all enjoy this one and check out previous months' wallpapers through the link below! How to set up your new background: 1. right click on the …

55 in 505
I was inspired by Mackenzie Horan, from Design Darling, to create a 101 in 1001 list. I think it's very important to have goals set for yourself and it makes a lot of sense to put them on a timeline. By doing this, you ensure that they have a better chance of actually happening. I had quite a lot of trouble coming up with 101 solid things that I knew I'd want to accomplish during 1001 days. So instead, I decided to create a shorter-term list: a 55 in 505 list. My life is so incredibly different …
“Adjust Your Sails” Bowtiful Wallpaper – July ’14
We all experience days that just don't go our way. Maybe you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, or someone said something rude to you that kept replaying in your head all day, or the traffic on your way to work was horrendous, or you're stretched thin and stressed, etc, etc, etc. On days like these, we are given a choice: 1. allow your day to be ruined and write it off as a bad day or 2. "adjust your sails." Though the phrase may immediately come across as strictly relating to sailing, …

On June 21st it's National Wear Your Lilly Day! (If you don't believe me, Google it. It's a real thing!) So for this month's wallpaper I decided I'd do an all Lilly theme. Whenever I'm designing one of my bowtiful wallpapers I look on Tumblr and Pinterest for fun pictures that fit the theme or color scheme I'm working with. Since I LOVE my Lilly I decided I'd throw in a few more of my own pictures this time around. I think that this is my absolute favorite of all the backgrounds I've …
