Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
The North Side of Chicago usually celebrates St. Paddy’s Day the Saturday after the holiday by dyeing the Chicago River bright green and holding a parade. However, this year we celebrated the weekend before!
For those of you who have never experienced Chicago on St. Patrick’s Day weekend, I thought I’d share some pictures from when my friends and I celebrated last weekend.
2016 flew by in a blur and 2017 has sounded so far away, until recently!
This year was a bit crazy for me. I met some amazing people, had opportunities to partner with some super cool companies and brands, traveled outside of the USA for the first time in my life, started my last year of college, was the busiest I’ve ever been in my life, and so much more! I’m truly grateful for all of the experiences that 2016 has brought me and I can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store!
In honor of the coming new year, I picked out some of my favorite blog posts from 2016, one for each month, in an attempt to roughly recap the whirlwind that was 2016.
Hey, lovelies! For those of you who follow me on Snapchat &/or Instagram, you may have seen some posts and snaps about a top secret project that I was working on with seven fellow college-age bloggers earlier this month. I’m super excited to finally be able to share what we were doing with all of you! I’ll also have all these wonderful ladies’ blogs linked at the bottom of this post, so be sure to check all of them out and give them some love!
As many of you know, I’m involved with various philanthropies and causes both through Greek life at Loyola and on my own time. I have a passion for giving back, so participating in this experience was truly a privilege!
The eight of us were given the amazing opportunity to team up with the Kraft Heinz Company Foundation and Stop Hunger Now to take part in one of their meal packing events at the Kraft Heinz Company headquarters in downtown Chicago! The other bloggers were flown in from various states and campuses around the country and we all stayed at the Radisson Blu Aqua hotel, which was just a short walk from the Kraft Heinz headquarters, right in the center of the city.
It’s bittersweet that this is my last photo diary from this summer’s trip to Europe. However, some of my favorite photos were taken in Paris, so I’m excited to finally be sharing these with all of you!
Paris was beautiful and quite a bit like I imagined. It rained our first day in the morning, but then it cleared up while we were in Notre Dame.
This past Sunday I was invited to speak on the VIP Influencer Panel at DAYGLEAM hosted by MADE Magazine at the Godfrey hotel. I had a blast and I got to meet and connect with some absolutely remarkable individuals!
This was my first time ever speaking at an event like this, so I was very nervous beforehand, but it ended up being a TON of fun and a fantastic experience!
The third major city I visited while in Europe was Venice. Today, I’m happy to share some of my favorite photos from the “City of Water” with all of you!
One thing I didn’t expect about Venice was just how HOT it was! The first day was incredibly humid and I felt like a melting popsicle…
Prague was our second major stop on our trip and I’m so excited to share my photo diary from this stunning city with all of you!
As I mentioned in my previous photo diary, Kraków was one of my favorite cities from the trip, but I think that Prague was my number one. All the places we visited were beautiful in their own way, but there was just something about Prague that really made me feel like I was walking through a fairy tale…
Hey lovelies, happy Saturday! Today, I’m happy to share my Kraków Photo Diary with all of you. (Fair warning, this post is a bit photo heavy.) Kraków was one of my favorite places that we visited on this trip and the weather was fantastic the entire time we were there. Enjoy!
This was one of the views from our hotel of the Main Square. Check out that blue sky!
