I don’t know about you, but there are certainly mornings when I really do not want to leave my comfy bed. This is especially an issue during the summer when my time is not quite as structured as it is during the school year. When I get up earlier I tend to feel much more accomplished, because at the end of a long day I know I’ve gotten more done than I would have on a day that I sleep in late.
Now, I must admit that I’m a morning person, but sometimes I still need a little help waking up. I decided to create a morning playlist which would be just calm enough that it wouldn’t shock me awake, but was still upbeat and fun. I started creating my ☀ Rise & Shine ☀ playlist last week and I’ve been listening to it every morning since. It really does make waking up and prepping for the day much more cheerful and enjoyable!
